Child Rights Protection & Abuse Prevention Policy

At Bellis Deluxe Hotel, the safety, health, well-being and fundamental rights of children are among our highest priorities. We believe that every child has the right to a safe and respectful environment, healthy development and protection from all forms of neglect, physical or psychological harm, sexual abuse and exploitation.

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of child abuse and neglect and expect the same level of awareness and responsibility from our guests, employees and stakeholders.

Accordingly, we kindly ask our guests and employees to:

  • Never leave children aged 0–12 unattended in guest rooms, swimming pool areas or on the beach,

  • Ensure that children aged 0–12 do not use elevators without adult supervision,

  • Never leave children in the care of unknown or unauthorised persons,

  • Ensure that children entrusted to Pony Kids Club are collected by their parents or authorised persons,

  • Never provide alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 18 or allow their consumption,

  • Respect children’s personal rights, privacy and safety at all times,

  • Refrain from any behaviour that may constitute neglect, mistreatment, abuse or exploitation,

  • Immediately report any suspicious situation or potential violation of a child’s rights to hotel management.

Any reported or identified concerns regarding child safety are carefully assessed. Where necessary, the relevant authorities and law enforcement agencies are informed and appropriate legal procedures are initiated.

Bellis Deluxe Hotel is committed to complying with applicable national and international regulations concerning children’s rights and to continuously improving practices designed to protect their safety and well-being.
