Guest Privacy Notice on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data
This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform our guests about the processing and protection of their personal data by Çalışkan Kardeşler Turizm İşletmeleri A.Ş. – Bellis Deluxe Hotel, acting as the data controller.

Personal data may be processed where required by law, where necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, for compliance with legal obligations, for the establishment, exercise or protection of legal rights, or for the legitimate interests of the Company, provided that such processing does not prejudice the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Data Security & Retention
Bellis Deluxe Hotel places particular importance on personal data security and applies appropriate technical and administrative safeguards. Following completion of the service, identity and contact information is retained for 10 years, while special categories of personal data, visual and audio records, and information concerning family members are retained for 2 years.
Personal Data Processed
Personal data processed may include identity and contact information, health information, visual and audio records, location information, transaction and access security records, physical security information, vehicle registration details, arrival and departure times and agency/company information.
Transfer of Personal Data
Where necessary, personal data may be transferred, subject to appropriate safeguards, to business partners, suppliers, Company representatives, shareholders, legally authorised public authorities and other authorised parties for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
Method and Legal Basis of Data Collection
Personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically, through manual or electronic methods, to enable us to provide our services within the applicable legal framework and fulfil our contractual and statutory obligations.
Your Rights Under KVKK
You have the right to determine whether your personal data is being processed, request information regarding such processing, learn the purpose of processing and the recipients of your data, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate information, request deletion or destruction where legally applicable, object to certain outcomes resulting exclusively from automated processing, and claim compensation where unlawful processing causes damage.
Applications will be processed according to their nature and concluded within a maximum of 30 days.
